The towels look like they have been through a lot. No toiletries in the ancient bathroom and the shower curtain was moldy. "The staff are terrible they required a lot of training to be able to communicate professionally with the guests, also to learn how to be friendly and welcoming. This applicable on all the staff starting from the reception, bar and restaurant. The hotel is very nice, it deserves a nice staff not like the existing one."
