"The welcome at reception was warm and friendly, with the manager going out of his way to make us welcome. The room was lovely, fresh clean and roomy. As we were only staying for one night, more than ample for our needs. Not much to see on a walk before dinner, narrow pavements around the town but safe enough in the area. "First room offered was unusable as under renovation full of building materials and rubble. Second room given was without any form of heating on a cold January with bedding consisting of sheet and blanket. Totally unacceptable so had to find alternative accommodation at another hotel. Having prepaid we want a full refund. "

"La casa es una preciosidad, muy bien decorada y con unos exteriores también muy disfrutables. Diego nos recibió y nos despidió muy amable, incluso nos preparó una merienda de bienvenida. Se adelantó en la comunicación con nosotros para tenerlo todo claro y resolver de antemano cualquier necesidad que pudiéramos tener ya que éramos un grupo grande. Se nos ha hecho corto, Para repetir, sin duda."

Great location and customer service

"Customer service: excellent Cleanness: excellent The location is very convenient. It’s 10 minutes from the train station in car. The hotel is just next to the entrance of the muralla and 3 minutes walk to the Puerta de Bisagra. We didn’t book a tour or had a car. Ubers and Cabify dont serve that zone but the hotel staff call you a taxi and it gets there in less than 5 minutes. They called us a taxi for el Mirador del Valle and to the train station."
