"We arrived around 11:00 after travelling from 04:30 and were delighted that our room was ready for us. (Check in is from 16:00 I think)? Lovely warm, comfortable hotel. Our room was a great set up (family room). Two bedrooms, two showers and two toilets and a seated area where we could dine.Location was excellent too, especially for families, very close to shopping, train station and landmarks a short walk away. "

"Cannot complain about the hotel / staff and an outstanding breakfast. it was quiet, clean and close to the city central area and unique been a converted convent. The rooms are really lacking a few features: Nowhere to use a laptop, the table was so small, nowhere to dry cloths, really small cups, but provided a coffee pod machine, cables to TV were so ugly just hanging out of the wall. The comfortable bed was placed far to close to the curtains making it hard get in and out of. It would not take...

"This was a comfortable and convenient hotel to stay. Bus and the city center was all close by. It was in a nice safe and quiet neighborhood. We had joining rooms so the kids had their own space. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Like the location in the Mall however the sign on the exterior could be more prominent. My second visit and I still had trouble finding it. My room did not get cleaned on my third night. "

"A warm welcome but when we got to our room it was freezing, thought we might have to sleep in the corridor, Also the TV did not work and only one light worked. However, we told reception and they allocated us another, better room, with a much nicer view of the street rather than..(I don't know what we were looking at before). Comfy bed, but the room was quite noisy (rowdy tourists?)"

"Zeist is a beautiful town. Quainter than Utrecht , which seemed busy. This hotel, for the money is wonderful. And the location is perfect for walking everywhere. Rooms are bigger than they appear. Beds are comfortable. "

"The hotel access is in the mall. Easy to plan trips around the netherlands with central station right accross the plaza. Staff are great and helpful. This was our 2nd time at rhis hotel and it felt like a welcome home."

great stay

"location was perfect for the event we were going to and had lots to offer in terms of supermarkets and restaurants. also the coffee from the bar in reception is really nice. hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful if needed. so much space in the room. bathroom was great. the only thing was the temperature control in the main room wouldn't go up so was slightly chilly."
