"Clean, quiet, and convenient location. Most importantly, the quality of bed is amazing. I always suffer from bad jet lag for at least first few days after arriving from east coast (US), this is a first night I was able to sleep straight for 7 hours! The room was more spacious than one in Tokyo where I spent before coming to Matsumoto. Free delicious Japanese style breakfast which I am very happy with. Certainly it worths the price. The only problem I had was the room was not available until 4 pm. I had to change my clothes in the rest room and missed one hour nap. Nevertheless, I liked this place and will be back again when I am visiting Matsumoto next time."

"Great location for exploring Matsumoto. About 15 minute walk to castle. Small room, but big bed, very clean. Good bathroom with a great shower and lots of hot water. Very clean. Very good value for money, just 7 minutes walk from train station and 3 minutes from the bus station- perfect! Would definitely recommend. "
