"Prime location! Easy access to everything on Clifton Hill and a short walk down to the falls. Staff was very friendly and kind. Attached parking garage, amenities/attractions, and food all right there as part of the resort. Truly enjoyed my experience and seeing the falls during the winter season! Incredible!"

"We stayed here to a quick couple’s weekend getaway. We loved that it had Morton’s onsite as well as a Starbucks. The room was very nice with a great view of the falls (stayed on the 7th floor). While the mattress could stand to be replaced, the jacuzzi and shower made up for that."

"We had an excellent time! Staff were some of the nicest people we have ever come across while traveling, especially at check in! Breakfast buffet was great for my family but not a lot of options for food allergies for myself (but I didn’t ask for anything either, so maybe they would accommodate, I could eat the eggs/fruit- so I did). The room was massive and clean. A little outdated but fine. Great location. We walked everywhere, even in the snowstorm. The kids loved the pool, but disappointed the hot tub is no longer there. More chairs on that side of the pool would be nice instead of the empty space. Not a lot of seating otherwise. Great hotel, we’d stay again! "

"A very fun and unique location for all ages. The staff are incredibly patient and kind, ensuring all safety precautions are in place. We enjoyed the dinner buffet, which had an excellent variety of food. Our server was pleasant and accommodating to our needs. However, the hallways were loud at times, as early as 6 am. We will definitely return in the near future!"
