"Arrived in Belfast by train and the hotel is a short easy walk. We were early for check in but luckily our room was ready. The room was very clean and modern. Everything you need for a city centre hotel. We had a good nights sleep and breakfast was served from 7am until 10am. No problem getting a table with a large range of tasty breakfast dishes. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if back staying in the area"

"Excellent experience lovely stay away with friends. Great customer service under difficult circumstances due to weather phones not working and power cuts. Staff handled it very well. A few drawbacks though for a Hotel with this many stars no bottled water in the room and the rooms were quite cool "
