"I really enjoyed the hippos grazing at night. The staff also built us a bonfire the first night we were there and we were able to eat around it. The biggest problem was they said we were not expected ( even though my name was clearly on their guest list) and that they did not know we had a 6 year old with us. They were very confused at first and did not know how to handle the situation. One man was very unfriendly."

"The only bad hotel experience we had in Uganda. Upon arrival, the night receptionist could not find trace of our booking (ok, this can happen) but addressed the situation very disrespectfully. When the manager joined us and after again long discussion, he called the IT who drove to the hotel, and who acknowledged it was their mistake not ours.
