"Overall the hotel is clean and tidy. Is just the shower water heater is out. The hotel is near to housing so is quiet and relax. Hotel provided local breakfast 'nasi lemak' which is delicious we enjoyed the breakfast at open area next to the hotel. Great stay. "

"Hotel situated right behind the general hospital, and hence parking space was very limited. Recommended only if you have matters at the hospital. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Ladies at the reception always had a smile on their faces. My room was believed to be unoccupied for a very long time. Bedsheets were dusty and there were mosquito larvae in the toilet bowl. "The hotel is undergoing major renovations (installing new lifts and other works) so is noisy and a little untidy. The bathrooms are not very clean - there is mould and soap scum build up. The toilet seat in our bathroom was the wrong size so will shift when used (and give you a shock). If you have your own transport then the next issue does not arise. If you need a taxi you need to book in advance (the day before). There is a new shopping centre (Mydin) nearby and there are other shops within...
