"Super place to stay during the Christmas holiday! Beautiful view of the ocean and had all the amenities one could possibly need.Did have an issue with the heater when we arrived. It was 45 degrees inside and the heater was turned off. We contacted the manager and the owner and we were able to figure out how to reprogram the unit. They were very nice about it and the communication was great. We saved them a repair man trip. The house was super clean and we would love to come back and stay again! "

"Overall a great stay. The proximity to the beach is a huge plus, and it's far enough down the beach from the heavily used areas that it's not crowded at all. The fact that we were able to get such a large, reasonably priced house so late was astounding. I have no complaints about any of the substantive aspects of the home. However, a few minor notes: 1. Some of the doors do not close without using a lot force. 2. The handle of the storm door in the main entrance falls off. 3. The dishwasher runs perfectly fine, but the display is a little messed up. One recommendation I would make is to allow for early check or late check out. Would have gladly paid for either of those options, especially since we went to the beach the day we checked out."
