"The location of the property is great. Walking distance to many restaurants/bars/shopping. Stayed there 11/14-11/16 and was not aware that the restaurant and club were closed due to the hurrciane. Nowhere did it state any facilities would be closed. Normally that wouldn't be a huge deal, but they moved the entertainment to the pool area. My room was right above the pool area, and I had to call the front desk and ask them to turn down the music at 1am. We were also woken up by people partying til...

"Julian was amazing at the concierge getting us dinner reservations and pointing us around the area for things to do. Quinn made our beach days and cabana reservations smooth and relaxing upon arrival. Vic was our first greeting at the bell desk and our final farewell. He was always prompt with our luggage and always smiling when we saw him. I can’t say enough about the Don and their staff "

"Thought it was comfortable! Very flashy yet super quiet once you get to your room floors. I thought the dining was super cool! They had so many options, we tried Sugar factory and the Seminole! They both blew our minds and taste buds!!! I recommend for the couples , families, or even singles !!"
