"It is an old 4 stars hotel... Need some renovations. Air conditioning didn't work properly, not enough soundproof, on the first night the hotel had organised a party next to the swimming pool & our room was on that side, we couldn't sleep until the music stopped at 2:30am !!! Breakfast was very complete, lots of choice, ok for the price (12€/person). Free on site big parking"

"We had a garden suite, with a terrace overlooking rhe vineyards. The suite was very large and quite comfortable, beautiful design throughout the room and the entire hotel. The outdoor pool was long and gorgeous, but not heated and therefore not usable in mid November with high temperatues in the upper 50s F. "Wonderful property with nice swimming pools and activities for the kids. The camping would be excellent if the service level would be in line with the quality of the resort. Service in restaurants is really poor. They are understaffed and most of employees (except Hector!) are inexperienced and not really motivated. Although I reckon it has a cost, the impact on the overall customer experience is huge so I would definitely invest just a bit more in service level. It is really unprofessional to...

"We stayed at Pierre & Vacances Resort for 9 nights. The resort grounds and pool are beautiful and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool was a good size with a little lazy river and fountain mushroom which the kids loved. Finding a Sun lounger was fairly easy most days at which ever time you would frequent the pool. The accommodation unfortunately had an ant problem. With bill ants being found throughout the apartment each day. This did take the shine off our stay....
