We did not realise it was a pet friendly hotel (may have changed as we booked nearly 12 months ago) but the staff were very sympathetic and upgraded us to a family room not usually used for pets. So 100% for customer service. Would certainly recommend "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. A 5 minute drive into the town centre for dinner. We had a lovely jacuzzi bath which we made the most of. The reception team couldn’t have been more helpful. "

"As a family of four with 2 school aged kids we really enjoyed our stay. While a bit dated looking the warm pool and mineral baths were a wonderful way to start and end the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for walking to the public central thermal pools and the lake not too far a walk away too. The beds were comfortable and the facilities in the apartment good. We would definitely stay again."
