"The facility was perfect! Two comments: A substantial security deposit is held, apparently not refunded till you submit your review? Second, the email with the "key" or door code to the stay was buried in my email from the Wednesday before my Saturday stay, hence the 1/5 for communication? Again, the facility was perfect! "The cute quack shack house was right on the lake which is a huge beautiful Lake. John was very prompt in communication and very helpful and attentive.
