"This condo really exceeded my expectations. It actually looks better in person than the photos. The location is walking distance from the pier, so location is great. Kellys communication and customer service was top notch. We had a group of 11 of us and we had such a fun time. I will definitely be back. "

"Its a cool little place, very small. Does not face the beach but the balcony does. Its behind the main beach house which is actually facing the beach, fire pit was nice! I would suggest upating the hot tub or not advertise it as we would not touch it, it was very dated and the filter was not working properly making the water appear very dirty. Overall was a good experience though. A little outdated. "

"Shelene is absolutely amazing and made our stay so comfortable! We had such a relaxing, beautiful time reconnecting with each other! Perfect setting for hiking, relaxing in the hot tub, hammocks or on the amazing bed! bed! "

"This place was amazing! I absolutely loved it. The comfortable adobe house, the beautiful views, the pool and hot tub. It was an all around delight and I would definitely book again if I am back in the area. We stayed with a group of friends and had such a great time. The beds were comfy and cozy, there were lots of bathrooms and the kitchen was easy to work in. There was space to spread out and work or chill and room to gather all together. 5 stars!!"

"Family members gathered from Northern and Southern California for a celebration weekend. Home description was accurate and the reservation process and check in were trouble-free. Manager's answer to our messages was prompt. The home is well maintained, very clean, and quite spacious, but the best part for us was sitting on the porch overlooking the large, beautiful garden. The house feels somewhat isolated (which we liked) and we had total privacy. On another note, we were impressed by the wine...

"Lovely, clean, well appointed home right on the main drag in Cayucos. Comfortable and homey. Wonderful view! The only thing that's not amazing is the lack of shade on the slider in the living room. You don't want to block that amazing view..... But if you are trying to watch a movie or just chill the last 2 hours before sunset you're not going to be able to easily. So just time your outings around that! Sont let it deter you though, great place! "
