"I asked for bins to be emptied and more toilet rolls on our 3rd day but it was never done. A light was out in the bathroom which made it a little gloomy for applying makeup etc. Maintenance issues. Also no one told us to book our breakfast the night before to save money. Just a little more training of staff perhaps. Otherwise a basic room was all we needed and that is what we got."

"Finding this from the bus stop wasn’t too terrible since there is a big sign but it felt really strange having to walk to the garage to then find the actual entrance. Walking at night as a woman through places like that can feel a bit unsettling but once inside it’s all good. They have a pretty nice seating area for eating and just hanging out. The staff is really nice and let us keep our bags before we checked in. They had food at the property which was a bit overpriced but if you’re hungry and...
