"Friendly staff, quiet, free parking "

"Our stay was quick but comfortable. Check in was easy. You do have to pay to park on site which is kind of silly and irritating. Room was quiet and clean. You are close to several dining options and the Mall. Overall a very good experience. "

"This is a great hotel! The staff were friendly, my room was spacious and clean, parking is free, and the proximity to the Mall of America is great. The only issue is how close to the airport it is. It was so loud and planes are consistently flying over of course, so it was really difficult to sleep. There isn’t much the hotel can do to prevent that but if you’re looking for a spot that is quiet, this is not it. "

"The only downsides to this property is the small pool. You get 6 kids in there and there’s nowhere for the adults to go but sit on the very limited seats in the small area around the pool. No hot tub. Also, if you have an early or late flight there is no shuttle. You also have to pay $10 to park now. It used to be included in your room. The lobby area is very large with a pool table, board games and computers. The rooms are very spacious and always clean. Bring your own disposable dishes...
