"Clean"

"We really enjoyed the style of the place, from lobby to room. Lighting could be better in the room. If your neighbors are chatty, you'll hear them unless the fan is running. Only actual complaint is the shower design. It only has a glass half door on one end of the tub, so the warm air immediately escapes, and water splashes off of you and onto the floor/wall. Otherwise, it was stylish, clean, fairly quiet, and slept well."

"Loved this hotel. Friendly staff at check in and check out. Room was comfortable and clean. Valet parking was backed up so we used public parking (understandable since it was a big concert night). Not a big deal since we know the downtown area well. This will be our go-to downtown Memphis hotel going forward. Definitely prefer over the adjacent, well-known historical hotel for both price and comfort. "
