"Good stay other then getting stuck in the elevator for awhile and red call button didn’t work so finally we was able to push doors open after good ten mins and desk help was lost on what to do .. my first question was why ain’t the fire department here or called . "

"It was very clean, nice beds and shower and in a great location. Everyone was very nice and they called a cab for us to the airport which has a fixed price that is cheaper than a Uber. Cafe was good, albeit a bit pricey. No microwaves on property so no way to heat up leftovers- just an fyi. "

"The staff was wonderful, we only stayed for one night before we went to the airport, my daughter left her bag inside the Starbucks and Savya the manager notified me and kept it in a safe spot until we returned. They were phenomenal. "

"It was unique, however I would suggest making the room access code something you can remember. My phone died while I was out having fun and couldn't access the gate or room code. Using maybe the last digits of my phone number along with maybe the room number would be easy to remember. Acoustics were terrible. We could hear every footstep our neighbors above us made. The instant coffee is a horrible option. who even drinks that?"

"Great location for walking to Broadway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Staff went above and beyond. I cut my foot and didn’t bring any band aids with me. Called the front desk and they sent someone up with a full medical kit. He provided everything I needed and later they called to check to see if I was ok or if I needed anything else."
