"The staff in hotel went above and beyond they were so helpful and pleasant breakfast was good too. The only downside was the cleaning off the room we had to go down to reception to organise clean towels there was dust in parts of room so they are not being cleaned properly yet the corridors had staff with trolleys all day so no excuse for no room cleaning but the hotel staff made up for that they always had a smile for you "

"Easy Check in unlike Premier Inn who are awful. Room pretty much standard for this type of hotel. Bed was clean when I checked the mattress so no need to get the dust mite spray out. Bathroom was nice and when I pulled the shower handle towards me got the shower to good temp first time. TV good but no BBC Red button services. I always like to look at the news and sports results last thing at night and in a morning. Lifts work well no need to use door card to get them to work. Breakfast. good all...

"Stayed here a few times. Good atmosphere, friendly staff, great location. Had an issue with the TV not working on our last stay, apparently this is an issue across the hotel so would not recommend if a TV is a must for you. I was staying with my young daughter and the gent on duty (didn't get his name unfortunately but he was fantastic!) got us sorted in the end. It's a typical hostel. "Great Stay at the Hilton. Located immediately across from the station which accesses the town immediately. Lovely room layout and bathroom fitments with the added bonus of very nice fluffy white bath towels. Free breakfast with helpful staff was a definite plus.. More choice than we had expected. We would highly recommend staying here."

"When staying away on business a village hotel is always a safe bet. Always clean and always have what you need with great facilities too which are well maintained. The only one issue I always have with village hotels is that their food menu consists of around 95% of their foods containing egg. As someone with an egg allergy, I could only choose from two items from the menu when eating there and this is the same in all of the ones I have been to. This is the only hotel that I ever encounter...
