"What I liked about this hotel was the convenience of being close to shopping, the friendly staff, the very good breakfasts the shuttle service to their other property at the beach where you can use the beach chairs or dine in the restaurant. What could be improved are the hard beds and very lumpy pillows. Overall a good place to stay"

"Staff and facilities were wonderful, food was excellent, musical entertainment was excellent. However, food was ridiculously expensive. There should be a snack bar with simpler, less costly lunch food like burgers. Also, housekeeping forgot to give us new towels and it took two phone calls and 45 minutes for them to be delivered. Very close to achieving an overall excellent rating."

"Coconut Bay was the perfect family vacation. My wife and I brought our 12yr old son along for a week away from the frigid New England weather. It truly is paradise!
