"This hotel is lovely inside and out. The reception team were friendly. The rooms are comfortable however very small (even by Europe standards) so you wouldn’t want more than one person per room. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and bathroom all new. Anyone in a wheelchair/with accessibility needs would struggle in this hotel as the lift starts up a half flight of stairs, and each door way has a lip eg each room and the hallways. I found this around Zurich too. Not very wheelchair/luggage...

"It’s a beautiful building right on the water. Back of the hotel faces a cobblestone square which leads to old town. So convenient to everything. Staff at front desk could not have been more helpful with a walking map and booking ticket for a boat tour. "
