"Arrange for shuttle transport from airport on WhatsApp 24 hours ahead of needed pick up time. Be sure you go up 1 floor from baggage claim to level 3 gate(door) 3 and look for specific minivan with LaQuinta card in front window. Sign up for shuttle back to airport when you check-in at front desk. No early check-in but they will store your bags if you want to Uber to downtown. Room was very clean and comfortable. TV only in Spanish language. Hairdryer and basic toiletries were in room. I left too...

"We had a corner room on the 11th floor with beautiful panoramic views through floor to ceiling windows. The room was spacious and modern, coffee, water and soft drinks in the honor bar were included. Espresso machine and water dispenser in the lobby also gratis. Beautiful drinks and surprisingly good dinner on the top floor. Breakfast was also included and adequate. Safe neighborhood, close to the Metropolitan Park with gondola and funicular, and the lively Bellavista neighborhood for nightlife."

"What a welcome to Chile! This was my first accommodation in Chile and I was so impressed - the staff are so friendly and helpful. My room was lovely, and the breakfast is fantastic. This place is in a lovely quiet location, even though it's only in the next street from where the President lives! Oh - and I highly recommend Mixta vegan café just down the road. Enjoy!"

Wifi only in “living room” but sofa is bottomed out. May be a pull out bed but was very old. Didn’t sit on it. No work desk space for laptop. Overall all I needed was a clean bed to sleep and that was great. "
