"What an awesome family little getaway at kartrite amazing patio for the kiddos to play right outside the place was so much fun so much to do the movie for the kids was great after water parks closed. Special shout out to Gloria front desk staff who checked me in when the room was ready I had an issue because I had cash not cards but she helped me and waited patiently for me to get the total funds available for payment she also granted me a small discount wow she really made it happen thank you "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and while it was nice overall, there were several issues I encountered. The reservation didn't clearly state that early check-in required a $75 fee or a treatment booking. When we opted for treatments to avoid the fee, the therapist didn't show up. Our room's air conditioner was broken, making the first night uncomfortably hot. I requested a new room and asked about a balcony upgrade, but no accommodation was offered. They don't inform guests that housekeeping...

"I have no complaints, except that I had paid for a "suite," and this appeared to be a regular room. I can't imagine what feature they believe would make this a suite, and not just a room with two queen beds. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful, when the that safety lock that can only be locked when someone is in the room SOMEHOW locked when we went to breakfast. A maid miraculously opened it."
