"Was excited to be on 21st floor even city view. However we couldn’t even see out the window. Still had wonderful stay. Housekeeping did a great job because we tracked sand in 2 days and we couldn’t tell the next day. Upset I did not get name of taxi driver to airport that they scheduled for us. After he bashed “the Jews”, he went into US politics which we said we didn’t want to discuss but he continued on. Oh and texting while driving. This was our only bad experience unfortunately it was our last impression Levi and I think her name was Mikela who are Concierges were both so helpful. "
