"A beautiful hotel with exceptional staff
Very large room with huge balcony and good amenities
eating around on half board a worthwhile option
the access to premium lounge a bonus
celebrated my birthday and everywhere we went the staff appeared to know and had balloons, cards and cake
few small complaints
had to pay for water with meals which I have not seen in any other 5* hotels
the mini bar due to the type of room booked, should really have been included in a 5* hotel
found if not ordering extras on the half board option, staff seemed less attentive. Noticed this in the steakhouse as the first visit was for my birthday and we added a number of items and staff were brilliant but on a return visit just ordering normal off the menu, the staff were more interested in other guests"
