"Everything was perfect. The personnel was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. The facilities are just a dream and the bed something to look forward to at the end of each day. I spent a week there and I’m already looking Forward to return. The only down side is that although I am a recurring customer that did not accommodate an early check in since my flight arrived early morning. That was a down point and something to consider when book. "

"A few days before, we could upgrade our room for a corner loft, which was very spatious, top clean and very confortable! Also, the restaurant in this hotel serves excellent meals and we ended up eating all our breakfasts and dinner at ‘Americano’ because prices were competitive and the food was excellent. We also appreciate the location; very near ‘Plaza de Independencia’ and all the markets in the streets nearby when a cruise ship was in Montevideo. Moreover, the staff was very profesionnal, courteous and very kind! I highly recommand Smart hôtel!"
