"Had an issue with other guests being loud at all hours and smoking. Staff were very kind and proficient in dealing with the problem and helping us move rooms. We enjoy our stay every time we use this hotel. "

"The bathroom tub was very questionable. The tub is so old and dented I couldn’t tell if I was dirty or just not maintained well. The breakfast staff were very nice BUT they kept talking to our group. We just wanted to go in eat and leave but the breakfast staff just kept trying to make conversation even tho we obviously were not in the mood for conversation. "

"House was so comfortable for our group of 8. We loved it, plenty of room, watching the sunset at night on the porch was relaxing. Jem trails and Gooseberry were a blast to ride, and hiking in Zion was fun. Definitely will come back. "

"Super cute cottage with all of the amenities! I love that we had our own hot tub and accessible parking. Communication was great. Towels and bedding were extremely nice quality, better than most hotels I’ve stayed in. Amazing location less than 2 blocks from great food and entertainment. "
