"All employees are above expectations in attitude, respect and commitment. We felt almost at home. The menus and food choices varied and with a lot of typical regional food. Location is great, close to beaches, shopping and historical sites. Highly recommend it!"

"We stay here at least twice a year when we drive from Chiapas to Canada and back. Or any time we are passing through the area. The hotel is extremely clean the service is amazing. The staff is very good. There is secure parking. The fact that it is pet friendly is the main reason we stayed in the first place but we keep coming back for all the above reasons. It is a very safe area as well. The other thing I like is that the price for having a dog is very high as is typical in Mexico but they are also reasonable and give a reduced rate for my tiny 3 lb (1.4 kg) yorkie "

"I love that the hotel is near the historical area. However, the area has seen better days. The area is safe, there are marines and police everywhere. Our view from our hotel room was an abandoned lot. The government is doing its best in restoring the area. Be aware when going there are a lot of ruins and unmaintained buildings. "
