"Nice overnight stay, lovely room. The swimming pool is freezing & not really big enough to swim, the spa pool & hot tub were empty of water. Lovely evening meal, breakfast average, not very warm. Overall comfortable night."

"We loved our stay the only thing is we thought the hot tub was free but when you arrive they say you had to pay $150 to have a private tub. It was absolutely beautiful evening looking at the stars. But we didn’t know that it would cost any or that much money to use it. Also for that amount of money they should provide a robe to walk to and from your room. And a bigger table beside the tub for your water and and cups. It was after hotel and friendly staff. "

"Very affordable, good for family. They have heaters in the rooms but I wish they had fans in the summer months. Shower pressure was excellent! Bed was super comfotable. Quiet.. close to the beach."

"Wild Kea Lodge was perfect for our 2 night stay in Franz Josef. Our comfort room was a good base for exploring the area. The communal kitchen and dining area was really handy. The lodge is in the centre of the township so really convenient for amenities."

"You get what you pay for and I couldn't complain as we were a late booking. We had everything we needed, comfortable bed, hot shower and private bathroom. Jesus (spanish manager) did all he could to accomodate us. If you want 5 star and want to pay 4 times the price stay elsewhere but this was very suitable for us, no complaints here 😊"

"We stayed at the Fox Glacier Lodge for two evenings. The staff at the lodge were amazing. They went above and beyond to answer any of our questions about the town. At night time, they offered a free walk to see the glow worms which was just around the corner from the lodge. "
