"Muy buen servicio. El personal muy amable. Aunque cuando hicimos la reservación creímos que tenía restaurante el hotel y cuando llegamos resulta que no tenian. Pero todo muy bien. Si regresaría a hospedarme en Hotel Panamericana de Merida 👌😃"

"This property is suitable for school groups or those on a tight budget. When we arrived they did not have our reservation but there was room so no problem. The room itself is sparsely decorated but clean. The bed was so hard we thought we were sleeping on the box spring call Brideau, it was just just very old. No hot water. It got very cold at night and my wife and I huddled together under the single blanket and sheet and then if we weren’t miserable enough to the dogs started barking at 4am...

"It is an older establishment but was clean and friendly staff coffee and pastry were available in the morning Was not noisey "

"Nicely located about 6 blocks from the most central part of this lovely city. We more or less walked everywhere. Looking forward to coming back to Merida next year."
