"The heritage hotel is great, the hidden entrance will bring you inside the Ming dynasty court to discover this little gem. Is like a jump in the Emperial Time. The service is polite and welcoming, but they don't have an appropriate information material to give to the clients about the local tourist attractions and how to reach them, even they can rent you the hotel's bycicles. The rooms are great, we stay in a cozy suite, but without fridge and mirrors except in the bathroom."

"We asked for a refund because the air con was not working and we were not informed on check in. This was the case for the entire hotel ! They brought us fans but it was still stuffy and too hot to stay in. They wanted to keep half of our payment as we had already ‘used’ the room for 3 hours but we literally left our bags in the room and went out for a meal and came back to realise this problem.
