"Large well maintained grounds. Reception Staff was very attentive. Joseph was especially kind and helpful. Room was small but offered great views Ann was comfortable for two. Lee, dining room host was wonderful. Shuttle service was a bonus to get to and from various locations. Victor from Heritage booked several activities and cabs for us. He was always available to assist. On-site dining was excellent with breakfast buffet included with our booking level. Highly recommend this place. "

"For being the caliber of hotel it is, I was disappointed as there was no hot water in the shower then bathroom could have been cleaner, and the reception area staff were pleasant but somewhat aloof with their service. I did thoroughly enjoy the restaurant within the hotel and the wait staff. "

"The Lodge is well located and easy to find. The check in was efficient and the staff friendly. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The rooms are all quite close together so noise was an issue sometimes with some of the other guests."
