"The property was a very nice setup with a big backyard to sit and relax after a day of touring. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Short walk to the Tram which will take you downtown. I would recommend this spot. And if we ever travel back to New Orleans, we will stay here again!! Thanks Lance!"

"We stay in New Orleans regularly and this unit has some very positive attributes. Location is perfect if you have a car. Plenty of parking and a very short drive to everywhere. Walkable to two excellent grocery stores. Unit was very clean, had great AC, and the host was an excellent communicator. Would stay there again."

"This property was incredibly relaxing to come home to after busy days of being out visiting friends and family. The beds are super comfy, and it was easy to want to stay and read a book on the front porch. We loved the kitchen and had a blast making breakfast there every morning. The hosts were extremely responsive and kind. The art and decor all around the property made the stay even more interesting! We will definitely be back!"

"Our stay was very good. The location was far enough from the busy city, but it was still plenty of night life near by that was an extra bonus. The beds were super comfy and clean. The laundry and the steamer were a nice touch to get all the wrinkles out of our going out clothes. The host was very nice and kept us updated and checked up on all us throughout the stay. "
