"We held a bachelor party for my best friend and we had friends coming in from many different states. It was the absolute best space for 10 people. The huge kitchen was a great gathering area that easily accommodated our large group. The beds were amazingly comfortable! The hosts were friendly and respond quickly to messages. Would 100% stay here again!"

"The property was absolutely beautiful, the pictures online do not reflect how large the property actually is. Zero problems checking in or getting into the house. Contacting the owners was done thru VRBO and they were very prompt in getting back to us with whatever answers we needed. The family has already said that when we come back in the future this is where they want to stay. Definitely will be recommending the property to friends and extended family."

"I came here with 11 friends and we had so much fun in NOLA! Checking in went seamless and the home owners were both super friendly and great communicators. Very walkable to Frenchmen and the French Quarter. The two houses on the compound are gorgeous and there are plenty of beds! Would definitely stay here again. "

"Gorgeous home in New Orleans! Minutes away from so many attractions yet far enough way to get a peaceful night sleep. Unbelievable home, large enough to fit your family or group. Perfect for reunions, weddings, etc! Amazing back yard with a pool and hot tub! Absolutely beautiful!!"

"The property is stunning. Location is pretty good. New Orleans can have some sketchy neighborhoods - and there are some within walking distance, but this area seems to be up and coming. We had no safety concerns during our stay. Lyft ride to the French Quarter is about 13, so access is pretty quick and easy.The place was spotless when we checked in - which was early after we received permission to do so from the owner. The process to request and receive early check-in was smooth and seamless....

"The owners were very responsive and helpful. It was a beautiful space that definitely matched the listing & could accommodate a larger group. The only thing I would mention out of caution is that there was a bath/shower whose curtains were difficult to move around, which led to a fair amount of water on the ground and, eventually, a nasty fall. "We had a great time here! The home was beautiful with high ceilings and spacious. Very clean, bright, and newly re-modeled. The kitchen had everything we needed for the stay and the location was close to downtown. Some comments we had are that one of the lights was flickering in the master bedroom and the shower in one of the bathrooms was slow to drain. Both of these issues can be easily fixed, however! "

"Stayed here for Mardi Gras 2025 and had a total of 9 guests. Lots of space for everyone. The location was pretty decent, although a walk/short drive to most restaurants. About a 10 minute drive to Bourbon St.The street parking near the unit isn't marked great, so we parked directly across from unit and didn't have an issue.The unit has lots of stairs, so may be tough for anyone with trouble getting up steps. "Noisy neighbors for our first three nights of our stay up until 2:00 am with screaming kids and party parents. Lots of street noise. We were not made aware that we were staying in an upstairs unit with a flight of very steep stairs. Kitchen was outfitted with dollar store knives and sheet pans. Bath towels were very thin except for three."
