"Our group were going on a winery tour for the day and arrived at 10am. The staff were brilliant, allowing us to check-in and collect our keys before the rooms were ready, so that we could park near our rooms and so that we could go straight to our designated rooms once we finished our tour. The rooms were lovely and well maintained. Perfect location too, for dinner in Mornington."

"Great place to spend a weekend. Property is clean, quiet and the tram adds something different. Check in was easy and host responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
"The property is beautiful and so big! Beautifully presented, clean and so many extras provided. Too cold to use the pool but it looked great and if you had kids it’s easy to keep an eye on them. Everything was of a very high quality. Nice quiet neighbourhood close to Mornington Main Street for access to restaurants and shopping. "

"Loved the house. Bright and airy. Spotlessly clean. The pool was a bonus. Several early morning and evening dips. Comfy beds. Top quality appliances. The small gap in the fence was a little problematic for our dogs as they could see people passing on the footpath, but we adapted. The owner did put up some wire for us. We enjoyednthe area to walk the dogs. Highly recommended. "
