The rooms were nasty, and haven't been renovated since they bought the property from Ibis. There was so much dust behind the desk and fridge, and the carpet felt like it needed a deep cleanse

Our stay was very nice. Management was very helpful. Well furnished and equipped place. They replenished the place as well. View from every room was excellent. Only downside was lift., very slow but I guess they were reconstructing it. Overall very pleasant stay. We definitely consider to stay again if we r visiting Melbourne.

If you are buying a ticket, note that big clubs (Pies, Tigers, Blues, Bombers) mean a line to purchase if you leave it to the last minute. Just buy general admission if you are adults, watch from ground level (or sit up top) or the bar behind the goals (livewire?).
