"Was a great property for the money.. location was super close to all shopping .. only downside no coffee in the room and no fridge in the room.. "
"Was terrible , ruined my entire stay as we could not check in and the 24/7 help line didn’t help for 5.5 hours whilst I was sat outside, didn’t even get a chance to look around the city. Guests were taking drugs in the main lobby, when I eventually got to my room the bed wasn’t made and seemed dirty ."

Very well curated hotel with an excellent bar.
The only downside is that in their endeavour for lean luxury, there is no way to communicate with the hotel reception once in the room due to absence of room phone.
They could easily have a WhatsApp number that a guest could conveniently contact. As I was travelling with my young daughter, not having in-room connectivity with the reception was a big deal for me, as if I needed anything at all, I had to take her down to the reception with me, as leaving a child alone in the room is not safe."

"The renovations to this property are tremendous - wonderful set of improvements for a well situated, higher end experience in Santa Monica for a correctly priced hotel.
