"I had called Red Awning and left an extensive complaint. The wand to open and close the blinds was missing. My husband had to use his hands to do that. There were no tissues anywhere in the cabin. There were no directions anywhere for the ceiling fan. We finally figured out there was a remote left on one of the night tables for it. Also, there were no directions on how to use the two remotes for the television. We did figure it out. There were no instructions on how to use the fireplace. The...

"So intimate, so quiet, so romantic. Loved it here. Great place to pause from this fast paced life and rejuvenate. Only bed isn't solid and makes an annoying sound when you turn in it. Otherwise, very lovely environment, clean place, great communication, close to Sedona city and sliderock"

"Simple, clean, cute older property fixed up just enough. Bed was comfy, couch was a little old. Kitchen had just enough amenities for what you need to eat at home. Property setting was nice."

"Definitely would recommend this place however be mindful that even with the peaceful view and low key vibes this place allows children and for a peaceful weekend away this is not the place. Also be mindful service is not very good or maybe it was just our experience even for a “not peak season” visit I would have expected the service to be top notch. It is a centrally located hotel and easy access to all of the main spots. Their restaurant is stellar! We did enjoy our dinner on the property. "

"The service was next level! We loved the grounds and the balcony was amazing too just bask in nature! The location was perfect, walking distance to great bars & restaurants while feeling removed and completely in nature (zero road noise). The pool was heated and hot tub was very warm. I would highly recommend this hotel! "

"Thank you, just a couple of things though: 1. Needs a full length mirror installed. Place was so clean, quiet at night, and conveniently located. Verge bus stop just steps away, very handy. Bed was unbelievably comfortable. 2. Would use an unscented laundry detergent. When I first went in I thought the place smelled alarmingly moldy, but it turned out to be the sheets and towels and the ug scented laundry detergent you use. "It was less than 20 minutes from any trails hiked and easy to navigate in car. One of the bathroom sinks did not flow well but was manageable to deal with. "
