"Unfortunately we were disappointed in our stay. We requested adjoining rooms at check in and were told our rooms were adjoining only to find out they were not and only located next to each other. Called front desk and waited another :20 while the looked for other adjoining rooms only to find out they do t have adjoining rooms on the property but were told by front desk clerk that Keith, the supervisor approved comping both or rooms for 2 nights! How wonderful and generous… only to find out at check out that nothing was comped;(. Filed dispute and only 1 room has been comped. Waiting for hotel manager to respond and resolve. "

"I was very happy with my Sept.20-22 visit but I will never recommend this property because I accidentally entered the wrong date of my visit and was not able to get a refund for the mistake. I paid substantially more for booking the correct date and very unhappy about not getting refund, Because of this I will NEVER book this property again. The confirmation # was 72923807660085 for Dec 20-22,2024. If you can rectify this situation of would appreciate."
