"A quiet getaway near the heart of University City, this home was a perfect jumping off point for exploring Philly and getting our son set up for a month-long program at Penn, just a short walk away. It was hot during our stay, but we slept cool inside and still very much enjoyed the gorgeous, shady garden. Our host Ivy was very helpful and responsive. We would love to return!"

"The home was very clean, neighbors were friendly and area was pretty quiet for the most part. There are some great places to eat within walking distance as well. The only issue was parking. Parking was listed as an amenity however, there is no designated parking spots for the home. We did street parking and our car was unfortunately hit at some point while it was there"
