No greeting at front desk. They do not tell you anything. The store the advertised is a small corner whwee they sell chips and $5 soda. Restaurant has no host...no one to seat or greet...only 1 server...took 1 hour to get a menu. He only wanted to help big tables. A female did appear and she only helped 3 tables. Several tables got up and left! Burger and fries were not fresh...Definitely frozen food..was never offered a drink. Old smelled horrible outside and inside. Old looking. The room was standard and clean. Took 2 hours to get picked up from airport...driver honked and kept moving...never stopped. I was underwhelmed and disappointed. Staff looka tired and uninterested in their jobs and the restaurant is a joke.

We usually stay at this facility, but I have noticed that the place is starting to look rundown. I’m going to have to find a new hotel to stay in if they don’t start to renovate rooms.

It was an old hotel that allegedly was updated. The carpet was dirty & nasty. The ceiling was stucco & peeling. There was a desk lamp & a bedside lamp. No other lighting was available. The room was therefore dark. The heat was difficult to regulate & was either too hot or too cold. I would not recommend this hotel nor would I ever stay here again.

The bed was about the only positive thing about booking this hotel location. Upon arriving on a Friday night we were given key cards that didn’t work, and had to be escorted into our room by staff anytime we wanted to come and go. We were told to call the front desk anytime we needed to go anywhere, as if that’s not an inconvenience. The cherry on top was our rooms phone didn’t work , so we couldn’t even call them to let us around the hotel. Payed for breakfast and had to argue with front desk about getting our breakfast card as well. Several rude people working at the reception. 1/5 stars , only positive was the bed was comfortable and the shower and breakfast were good.

The pros of the property are location to airport, reasonable price, and friendly staff. The cons of the property are how dated it is, paid parking with no availability at times, and having to get parking passes verified. Overall, the place is average and serves the purpose.

The hotel was okay, just not what I expected. Pictures online are not what the room actually looked like so I was very disappointed. Place I truly hate hotels check in and out times. Unfair prices for very little service and horrible quality.
