"Very friendly, professional and capable staff. Check-in was flawless, rooms are excellently sized and appointed. Definitely has been kept up with decor and upgrades obvious in almost all spaces. "The property is older, but has been spruced up for Ramada and has some great amenities, like the waterpark and the pool. The game room is huge. The staff is very attentive and polite. The food was great at the restaurant. The area where this hotel is located is a little on the rough side, but it looks like it’s coming back. There was no one unpleasant that we ran into during our stay at the hotel or in the area."
