"This was our favorite place to stay in all the german and czech places we stayed at - we loved the bathroom (and we requested a tub!!) and the riverside view especially. It was the best place we've stayed at in a long time! We also enjoyed the souvenir store and found the prices were competitive to similar places nearby. Thank you!"

I’ve stayed in places that cost twice as much and didn’t come close to this level of service. The front desk? Rockstars. "It was the greatest stay ever! I arrived with a big problem in hand: my eSIM was not working. The front desk staff (specially Lucie) went above and beyond even using her phone to solve my problem. And breakfast had good choices, with very friendly staff. "

"Mama Shelter Prague was a great hotel - cool amenities with free pool, foosball and arcade games in the lobby. Nice patio and restaurant. The rooms were clean and really nice. The area of Holesovice isn’t the nicest but it was an easy 30 min walk into Old Towne and around to see the main tourist sites of Prague. Overall a great stay."
