"This is by far the worst rental experience I have ever had. I reached out to the host regarding a pest issue Wednesday night. They said they would call pest control. I messaged them again on Friday night because there were more ants and cockroaches crawling around the living room. They "forgot" to tell us the earliest pest control tech could come was Monday which is "conveniently" our check out date. I stated how uncomfortable and unsanitary and wished to be refunded for the remaining nights so I can book a hotel. I received no response. The next morning I walked outside and saw three cans of bug spray. As a guest I am not responsible for keeping the pests away. I messaged them back, again, very upset and disrespected at the lack of communication. The message I received from them verbatim "I will not allow you to be disrespectful or let this escalate any further. VRBO has already communicated our stance and any further communications can be handled through them." Not only is this property infested with bugs, there's little heat and hot water and all the cups and pots and plates were dirty. Save your money and go somewhere else. "

"I very much enjoyed my stay here, the staff is super friendly and easy going and helpful, it was clean and except for some work going on was pretty quiet. Nice warm fireplace in the lobby too. The breakfast and coffee was also solid, no complaints from me! I will return!"

"Wasn’t expecting to be in the basement of a big house with the owners on property ! It was nice and clean and very quiet in a great neighborhood of course ! The house was gorgeous but the walk way to get to the to the basement at the back entrance was a bit much for my sister who was on crutches and we had a lot to carry inside so several Lengthy trips wasn’t expected ! The Wi-Fi we never was able to get working and the only thing I would tell the owners is to make a printout with the info needed and leave on table would been nice cause she text me several times and the code kept coming in a masked discreet way i am not sure why . I spend two nights here and it was nice overall I am very satisfied with the place ! The pics just didn’t give me the same expectations ! It is not a loft by no means ! Also heat is controlled by the main property owners and I was told Use the space heater provided if I’m cold and that isn’t safe sorry ! But none the less well worth what we paid and no complaints overall I enjoyed the stay and would recommend ! "

"We loved the house and the location. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful lake. Access to paddle board and kayak was awesome my son and husband enjoyed it so much. So many places very close to visit and explore. Would absolutely stay again and plan on booking their properties again. "
