It says the hotel is five stars, however the service provided inside the rooms it’s not as expected for 5*
My comments are
The king size bed is not comfortable at all and it’s very stiff
The curtain inside the rooms are not practical at all to open it and to close them also, the blackout hard to close, the sun light comes inside.
The TV remote is not responding unless you come closer to tv
There is a big structure column in the room distributing moving freely.
Minimum toiletry set, and the hand lotion smells like it is expired.
Only one slipper and one bathrobe provided, and we were two guests.
There is an enspresso coffee machine in the room, however, the capsules provided are from a very bad quality and taste bad. So we ordered black coffee for room service, but the coffee pot was old and has scratches, and the tray is plastic. It looked like I’m in a cheap cafeteria.
The mini bar has no snacks at all. And the fridge was empty, not any kind of drinks.

having said all the negatives I noticed I also want to say some positive they have a lot of restaurants and different choices. That’s really good. The facility in the lobby and swimming pool and the gym are great to be honest.
i gave it high 4* but not 5* for sure ..
