It was very nice to stay in this hotel, I was feeling so safe and relaxed during my stay. The staff was so nice, kind and helpful, always smiling. The rooms were very clean and tidy, maintenance was perfect. The staff in the poll bar-restaurant was amazing. I really want to stay in this hotel again.

The staff at the hotel are always ready to go above and beyond to help. In an environment where customer service is usually a challenge, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the front desk staff in particular as well as those in the bar on the first floor.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, the Internet works well, bathrooms are good and front desk staff are friendly. But the hotel is seriously let down by the food. For a start there is no room service. And the streets around are dark so it's not easy just to pop out. There is a restaurant but it is very expensive. I ate there one night.. the food took more than 30 minutes to arrive and when it did come it was cold. I asked for it to be reheated. Another 15 minutes and it came back not much warmer! And to honest not that great / Thai chicken curry but the chicken was very gristly. For $30 plus service plus drinks, and that was one of the cheapest things on the menu. So please shape up the catering if you want me back!!

Just lovely. Best hotel in the city. Have been to both Douala and Yaoundé Star Land You will love it Exciting and rich buffet Large rooms, pillows and beds guarantee your sleep Genuinely nice people. I would have given this a 10/10. However the suite next to mine had guests singing from 4-6am (I could hear every single word). No toothbrushes provided by housecleaning. You’ll have to request toothbrushes daily from reception (who are always very kind to provide you with those).

Their net is not working at all in the room and the TV too because there is no connection with the Internet and I do have a really hard time. I did talk to them. They did not reply positively they did not clean the room so I stay for two nights they room was clean when I checked in and the next day they did not clean it.
