"Excellent facilities with roomy comfort. Friendly and helpful staff. Great communication when needed. So comfortable we are staying an additional 2 nights (making a 5 night stay). Rainbow Beach is lovely even in bad weather. Only issue is small garages are not really suitable for large 4WDs however no issue with parking on street if needed."
"Top stay with a top host. Spotlessly clean and effortlessly decorated to an absolute stunning level. All the little extras have already been thought of. We will return to Rainbow Beach purely to experience another fabulous escape to Debbie's Place. "
"Aircon wouldn't turn on but we didnt nerd it anyway no tv upstaris and no dining table down stairs, we had 9 adults all up stay so it was crowded in the tv area but than that house was clean beds were good ( apart from the double bunks which we also didn't use, frame on one was quite bent and mattess sagged in the middle) . "

"The property is spacious, clean, the kitchen has all the equipment, and the lounge chairs are very comfortable. The location was terrific too. Coming from overseas we always hope air bnbs have some extras for those who don't live locally eg shampoo & conditioner; extra towels for the beach; oils and conditments in the kitchen etc. Portsea 1 does not have this and you have to make your own beds even when paying extra for linen. Providing these extra customer service touches would have made this getaway place fantastic. "

"Great property for multiple families. Plenty of space if you want some time out, or join in by the pool, playing pool, darts or the wii!Nice and close to the beach and the centre of town, no need to be getting the car out every time you want to go somewhere. "
