"Good location "

"We were there during the snow storm in February. The heat in our room never went about of 68. It was cold in all of the common areas. We went to dinner at the restaurant and had to wear coats, hats and gloves. They ran out of comforters so we didn’t have a comforter for the pull out which made it cold at night. The restaurant ran out of food and then they gave us a list and all the restaurants on it were closed. We finally found an open one ourselves. The staff was snappy to guests especially the days we were all stranded there. They were definitely unprepared for hosting a conference during a snowstorm."

"We enjoyed our stay! Everything was great from the room, staff and breakfast. Parking was easy to come and go as well. "

"We didn’t actually stay at the Crown Plaza. The National Guard took over the hotel so we were moved to the LaQuinta Inn. It was very nice once they fixed a shower problem. They even shuttled us back and forth to the Crown Plaza for our breakfast we prepaid for. "
