"Shuttle excellent. The one lady pre 3:00 check really over worked, really nice and handled more worked than the 3 girls that came on at 3 in the afternoon. They didnt do much. Soooo loud all night long"

"The location is great, the room worked well for us, but the service is lacking. No housekeeping service in 5 days. When I requested sheets, I had to go get them. When I requested soap and clean towels, I had to go get them, too. Again, good place but the first place Ive ever stayed that had no service."

"We requested a water view and were told we were being upgraded. We arrived at the room and it overlooked a parking garage and smelled like cigarettes. Not impressed. It served its purpose for a place to sleep after a concert. For over $500 we paid I sure wouldn’t expect my breathing to be stuffed up by cigarettes! "
