"Great stay over New Year’s. The hotel was extremely quiet and comfortable. I was in a corner room in the new building. The room was a bit small, but I loved the huge windows. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed. Heating and cooling worked great. The housekeepers did a wonderful job. The staff was accommodating and helpful overall, although we had to haul our bags up the stairs in the rain when we arrived. The non-corner room that my friend stayed in felt small and cramped. So if you can request a corner room, do it!"

"The airline is a different story. I was forced to pay an additional $400 to select seats. When purchasing the package I ensured to select a flight that gave me the ability to pick my seats since I have small children. Horrible experience and to put an exclamation on the trip I am still at the airport as the flight has been delayed multiple times. Never again!"
